Hey there, I have been using this motor driver for r/c and am now intergrading a flight controller. I am a novice so forums and users are my life line! I came across this forum, Cytron Technical Forum • View topic - SmartDriveDuo-30 and Pixhawk and it was very helpful. It includes pictures, video, and discussion. I am using the same hardware with the exception my motors and frame are a powerchair my step mom donated to me. I will say this is the most helpful information I have come across thus far. I hope this helps get you in the right direction. It should be noted, while this information is very helpful, the robot doesn’t reverse; the setup is not designed to. My end goal is an autonomous zero turn lawn-mower, that is why I chose the cytron smart drive, it takes out all the mess of differential steer. Good luck and I hope this helps!
