The Pixhawk just powered off mid flight after completing 6 waypoints, and resulted in a bad crash. Can someone please help us debug the reason.

you failed to feed it.
It logged it’s own demise even as the voltage dropped to 3.97v , way below the minimum requirements, which is impressive.
CubeOrange has proper power redundancy, if you choose to utilize it.
Given the voltage variation during the flight, the voltage regulator you were using should be in the garbage bin now.
