Pixhawk 2.4.8 setup for Vicon System

Hello,
I want to use pixhawk 2.4.8 quadcopter for position control with Vicon motion capture system, and I found the ardupilot website below.

It seems to be a setup in a Linux environment, but in my case, setup in a Windows environment is necessary. So any expert about this?
