Pixhawk 2.4.8 Motor starts to run at half throttle in ESC calibration

Hi, I’m using pixhawk 2.4.8 in MP. I’m trying to calibrate ESC. It gives the expected beeps to confirm calibration but when I try to rise throttle a bit, the motor does not turn. When the throttle is at halfway (middle point), it starts to run. Why isn’t it responding between %0-%50 throttle range? RC calibration is true by the way. Also, it works normally when i try it just by connecting motor to third channel of the RC receiver (disconnecting RC receiver-pixhawk connection). It gives 0%-100% range as it should be. It also works when I use pixhawk orange cube as controller. What might be the problem on pixhawk 2.4.8?
