Good day, you can flash the FMUv3 on your pixhawk if the board have the stm32f427vit6 rev3 coz it support the 2mb for firmware flash.
After this you can also update with MP bootloader of your board.
Just consider that ardupilot firmwares have chibios that is more capable for add more improvements
Gracias por sus respuestas, yo cargue el último firmware de mission planer, la versión 4.0.4 y resulta que no me deja configurar el compás, cambie una versión inferior la 3.11 - 3.10 y tenía un mensaje en el MP que decía Prearm: RC Yaw not calibration finalmente logre poder configurar todos los parámetros con la versión 3.6.8
Por favor nunca utilizes la version 3.6.8. Utiliza siempre la version 3.6.12 o la version 4.0.4.
Todo lo demas no es bueno.
I suggest you the last firmware version 4.0.4,and perform all the calibrations needed
