When arducopter deploy parachute automatically, will it automatically deploy landing gear to lower position?

Just trying to re iterate the question. Especially with expansive camera underneath, I guess one would be very happy to have the landing gear hit the ground first.
Exactly. Thats basicly why i am asking. However i have found no informations about it on ardupilot page.
