Package place autonomous mode for quadplane

I’m building a Vtol quadplane and am using a winch to deliver packages, this autopilot function appears to only be available for the copter frame type. Any way to use it for a autonomous quadplane mission?

you could do it with a Lua script, or we could add the winch library to the plane code.
Personally I would do it using a lua script as it would make it so easy to customise.
