Optical Flow failsafe - MicoAir MTF-01

Hello everyone,

I’m experiencing an issue with my Optical Flow sensor used for altitude maintenance during flight. The sensor is functioning correctly, although the flight isn’t perfectly stabilized. However, after about 30 seconds or a minute in “Loiter” mode with the Optical Flow activated using a switch, the quad switches to failsafe mode and performs a landing. I’m having difficulty understanding why. Upon inspecting the logs, I noticed spikes in “of.flowX and of.flowY” just before entering failsafe mode. I believe the Optical Flow encounters an error, triggering the landing. I’m not certain if that’s what causes the error, but if it is, I’m struggling to filter the data. Do you have any suggestions or leads I could explore to resolve this issue? Thank you for your assistance.
