Would you happen to know of any offline flight log analysis tool that is easier to access? We have been using MATLAB to analyze the data, but we want to have another tool that is free to access. Are there any software that can open the flight logs as it is downloaded from Mission Planner?

Have you tried in MissionPlanner itself, or APMPlanner2 ?
Are you eye-balling the data and looking for issues, or trying to run some algorithm over it?

I have used Mission Planner itself in reviewing the logs for initial viewing, but we usually use MATLAB to get the errors or sometimes plot specific values in a better resolution. I was wondering if there is a way to have the data easily exported to Microsoft Excel from Mission Planner. We can do this by converting the .mat files to Excel file in MATLAB, but I was thinking it would be better to not have to go through MATLAB just for this step?
