Need help with Unstable takeoff, flight and landing…

There are a number of things that have gone wrong with my copter since upgrading the frame, motors and props… I’m having issues with severe oscillating (very noticeable on takeoff and landing for sure) I’m getting vibration errors on the mission planner during flight and the most pesky of all are the error velocity variance messages I constantly get throughout flight… Hopefully if I include a brief makeup of what my aircraft features and the logs from the latest flight, can I get someone to analyze for me and tell me where I’m going wrong…??

Propeller: 11*4.5 Master Airscrew MR Series x4
Frame: Tarot Iron Man 650 (25” diameter)
Battery: 6000mAh 50C 14.8v 4S1P

Need a .bin log
Also have you got a photo of the flight controller mounting and wiring?
Is the battery and power wiring all secure and neat?

Vibrations can cause those velocity errors you see and apparent GPS glitches - a whole range of problems.
