My drone is not stable and is flipping over.

Hello,
We’ve been working on this drone for about a month now, but we still haven’t been able to get it to fly. As shown in the video (link here), during takeoff it pulls itself in one direction and flips.
I’m confident that I’ve done the ESC and compass calibrations correctly — I’ve repeated them many times over the past month. I’ve also tested with a current meter to make sure that the same amount of power is going to all the motors. I tried to build the drone as balanced as possible, and the center of gravity is almost exactly in the middle.
Despite doing all of this, I can’t understand why the drone keeps pulling itself to one side. If anyone can help, I would really appreciate it.
Thanks in advance.

Drone specs:

  • Flight Controller: Pixhawk 2.4.8
  • Frame: F450 quadcopter frame
  • Motors: A2212 brushless motors
  • ESCs: 30A
  • Propellers: 1045 drone propellers

Search this forum for “flipping” or “flips”.
Is 99% of the time:

  • incorrect motor order and/or direction.
  • incorrect propeller direction

Use MissionPlanner’s “motor test” functionality to correct this.

the problem is not incorrect propeller direction or incorrect motor order and direction but ty for your guidance

The correct order is A, B, C, D. Not 1, 2, 3, 4.

mine is hexacopter drone and having the same issue, incase you solve yours please share your solution

please is there a way to identify clones, but there should be solution to this right?

There cannot be a clone of a Pixhawk 2.4.8 because there was never a original reference standard. So, the term does not apply to these. Buy a branded Flight Controller from anyone but Radiolink.

And, if a video is going to be shared about this topic show it running Mission Planners Motor Test while the Test Motor A-D (A-F in your case) buttons are being pressed. The front of the craft should be noted if it’s not obvious.

okay, thank you.
The motor test works fine, Motor A is the motor at front right of the drone, followed by the motor at the right, it goes clockwise

And each motor rotates in the right direction, and has the correct prop attached, providing lift when rotating?

yes each motor rotates in right direction, with 1245 prop on each of them, using the t motor As2860
