Mine is v2 googles, technically shouldn’t make a difference as it’s same as v1.
If your betaflight osd is working. Would you be happy to share the settings , I will load betaflight on f405 wing and give it a go one more time.
If my airunit is defective I,ll get replaced.
My DJI goggles v2 works fine with air unit and f405WING or F765
the wind direction and speed sometimes will dispear and was replaced by dash line.
You are a whealth of issues 
When wind speed is less than 1 m/s it won’t be drawn for direction would be unreliable (the ardupilot OSD does the same)
I have goggles v2 and no issues as well.
Later some stage I’ll give it a go with caddx

Im using now crossfire micro tx and nano rx and Ardupilot 4.2 on. Matek 405
I see only 99 or 0 for rssi in dji osd.
My setup rssi type=3
Serial protocol 33.
With these setting i had working rssi with express lrs…BUT now with crossfire its not working.
Pls help
this bug is fixed in master 4.2, flash latest please

Tested with 4.1 stable Rssi works OK…i will try it with 4.2. latest soon😉
What about kakutef7 v1.2 i was flashing with custom fw this is chooses option and get into my fc
now I attech my matek 3901opflow to uart 4 and as website say
After reboot look like op flow working but range finder 1 is not dected
Any @yaapu suggestions will helpful 
Have you tried it an other UART?
E.g: Uart 2 on f405 probably not work with msp osd.
tried everything i could think off. Simply no OSD.
I will try with new air unit by caddx and give it a go.
Is it possible to use msp osd on 4.0.9? Thats the last stable release where Ekf2 were supported for F4 limited boards like f405.
Im little but afraid of using a custom build FW which necessary for ekf2 in case of a F405wing
MSP OSD works fine in arduplane firmware 4.1.2 stable ,Only one thing that the AMP and walt sometimes stuck which means it refresh very slow ,please check the left Corner of the video。This is more likely to occur when the signal is weak, and then the signal becomes strong.Is there any way to fix this problem @yaapu

Sorry for the late reply, this is a known issue with the DJI system, not much we can do from the ArduPilot side
update. Finally OSD worked. But on the new airunit from Caddx.
have you try to reduce serial rate?can that be fix the issue？I want to try lowering the refresh rate for some useless data but I don t knowh how to reduce those parameters。If it is with the DJI system itself, I won’t try it anymore
Nothing we can do. All rates are fixed inside the DJI system
