MP Motor Test only spins two motors

When I run QGC all motor test it only spins two motors why is that

How can anyone help if you don’t describes your setup including SW used and Param’s set.

I have a S550 Hexacopter with Sunnysky 980kv motors,My FC is pixhawk 2.4.8(clone). And what did you mean by SW

ArduCopter Version?
param file?
ESC type/software (& version)?
Where are your ESCs connected?
What ESC protocol du you use?
