Motors spinning

2 motors spinning fast and other 2 slow, any idea how to fix it? I changed MOT_SPIN_ARM and MOT_SPIN_MIN couple times but still nothing. I calibrated esc, radio twice but I can’t see the result.

With props?
Without props?
Strapped to a table?
Which ArduCopter FW version?
Which FC? Which ESC?

Are we supposed to guess all that?

without props and yes on the table. FC: speedybee F405 V3. 4.3.8. firmware. funny thing is that I have 3 drone like this, but one of them did this thing and two of them behave
as they should.

That test is invalid and gives normal results that you are interpreting incorrectly.
