I am currently setting up Tarot 680 pro. 4 motors start spinning at 5% throttle rest 2 motors start spinning at 15%. Will this be a problem while flying?
The four motors are using (GASC12, 40Amp, 2S - 6S) ESC, where as the rest are using T Motor (Air 40Amp, 2S - 6S). The motors are T-Motor MN5008 KV:340.

If you are using different ESCs for motors than definitely you are not getting anything good out of it
use same escs for all motors
Yes, it will. All 6 ESCs, motors and props MUST be the same model.
Calibrate the ESCs and/or configure the flight controller correctly.
You do not provide .param file, so there is no way for us to validate your configuration.
