Motors don't work at full capacity

When I get armed with the copter and try to lift it, the motors do not produce full power, which is why the copter cannot take off. The motors work much better when I test them through MissionPlanner.
I tried to calibrate the ESC, but it didn’t work. I also calibrated the remote control.
Characteristics of the copter:
FC - Mateksys f405-te
ESCs: Skystars talon 40a 3-6s
Motors: MiToot 5010-360rv
Propellers: 14"
I’m also attaching my settings from MissionPlanner:

I would welcome any ideas on how to fix this.

If those are Blheli_32 ESC a common problem is that Low RPM Power Protect is enabled with low kv motors.
