I am using a pixhawk with latest firmware of APM3.5.2 loaded on it. Can anyone tell me what is the maximum number of waypoints i can do with this firmware version?
I need a minimum of 500waypoints on a single mission. Can this be done?

From memory it used to be 718, but there have been changes to how the sd card can be used so it may be more now. Create your mission, load it, then read it back. You’ll easily see if the waypoints were stored.
