Hello, I am trying to use the yaapu script in my transmitter but there are issues with the cable connecting the telemetry port from cube black to the receiver.
I am following this discussion, Some soldering required, and bought the max3232 converter. I connected the (tx out) from telemetry port to inward arrow and the (rx in) to the outward arrow in the ttl section of the converter, while in the other side, the rs232, I connected the inward and outward with a diode and the inward arrow is connected to the signal.
While in this setup, the chip gets very hot and I dont gain any telemetry signal. If I invert the ttl signals, the chip does not heat up, but I also do not get telemetry signal.
Did I wire something wrong or the problem is a faulty chip?
