MAV_FRAME_LOCAL_NED option is not there in Ardurover

Hi,
I am running Ardurover on BBBlue.
As for waypoint navigation, i am running GPS denied system but i am not able to find MAV_FRAME_LOCAL_NED parameter in my APM Planner.
I am using APM Planner2 and Ardupilot vs-3.2.0
Any suggestion?
