Manual setup for EDF quad drone

Hi guys, will need some advice on the initial setup of an EDF quad which is unusually heavy - 12kg as a H-quad.

I read that quads can be automatically configured given as a standard quad but would there be a risk if the flight time is barely 2 mins? Am quite worried that battery runs flat halfway and then things start falling.

Configuring battery failsafes is a must, and not an option. Do that and you’ll be just fine.

thanks for the tip! am thinking of setting up a power bus but the current that’ll flow through is a big challenge (nearly 600A) - will sort that out!
