M1200 Arris Heavy Duty Industrial Drone

You are wasting your time. You have a fence error because you do not have good positional data. Take it outside. And wait.

Going outside now, what do I wait for

Have you read any of the Arducopter documentation?
You wait until the pre-arm error message(s) go away and it says “ready to arm”
This is basic stuff.
You have a Fence enabled at least read about that.

It’s been outside for over 5 minutes with nothing changing and it also say no gps. How is this basic stuff?

What you are attempting sounds very dangerous. You have a large drone with 30” props capable of causing injury or damage (and a large dent in your wallet), and it appears you do not have any baseline knowledge of its basic control. Please read through the documentation linked below. Some of the steps may be unnecessary, as it sounds like it’s pre-tuned. But you are way out ahead of yourself right now.

The pre arm message is still there. There drone gps is not connecting at all. I am going to read through some now but I don’t think you understand what I’m saying

I think we have some understanding of what you’re saying. But maybe a little self-study on your part will help us all communicate better. I mean this not as criticism but a genuine attempt to help you.

Yes thank you very much

It’s a little difficult to make out the messages in your photos. Win+Shift+S should allow you to take a screenshot that can be pasted into a post here.

I take back my previous statement about pre-tuning. I think I see a gyro calibration error, likely meaning that nothing has been calibrated on your craft. It also appears that logging is failing, meaning you may need to insert a FAT or FAT32 formatted SD card. Have a look at the docs that I linked and please continue to ask for help before taking to the air with that Copter!

Yea, it possible the flight controller is in default condition in which case it’s NOT ready for a maiden flight.

You need to go through the entire ArduCopter setup from scratch - this autopilot looks like it wasn’t setup that much.

How do I lock the gps ?

Are you guys all related ?
I see names adding up but no one has any experience with how to configure - tune and fly a drone ?!?

I strongly recommend that you all do your homework (going through the wiki = 5 days) or request help from an experience operator before trying to get this vehicle in the air

If you are open to paying for support (likely at around $100/hr of consulting is what I have seen on average) - please post a message in the “Wanted-Jobs” category. This is probably the fastest way to getting the bird in the air, but obviously comes at a price.
