I am using a pixhawk, with a Jetson Nano companion computer and a Modal AI camera for vision.
Loiter mode works great but I can’t get guided mode to hold position. When I switch to that mode in the air it falls from the air and drifts everywhere.

You seem to be flying indoors. I believe guide mode needs a healthy GPS signal.
GPS count is zero, ideally more than 14 GPS HDop is 100, ideally less than 0.7

Guided mode works using a position estimate, I was able to get it working with a VIO system.
The issue was my VIO system was sending commands instead of my companion computer!
The issue is solved, thanks for taking the time
