Loiter mode to behave like a stable mode

I’m using copter V4.0.3

ALTHOLD and LOITER mode
If the throttle stick is in the middle (40% ~ 60%) the vehicle will maintain the current altitude <- I don’t want to use this function.

I want to use the throttle from 0 to 100 for ALTHOLD and Loiter. Is there a way?

No without writing some code.

You want to ignore RC throttle input while in those modes ?
