I built quadcopter with APM 2.8 and added Ublox 7M GPS module with compass. Programmed by Mission Planner 1.3.72, everything went fine. GPS 3D fix. Stabilise mode works great. But GPS coordinates mode with Loiter is not working. In Loiter mode the drone behaves like crazy.
Flies very high, goes here and there at will.
Please help me.

If it is unconfigured and untuned, the results you are having are not a suprise.
Especially if it has been incorrectly assembled and has high vibration levels.
There is old documentation and old posts on this forum on how to tune that ten years old firmware. You just need to find it and use it.
During that process you will probably decide that is better to update that outdated FC to an STM32 H7, use a better GPS and to use ArduPilot methodic configurator software to avoid the issues you are seeing.

The last Arducopter firmware to support that relic is V3.2.1
He is simply confusing mission planner software with ArduPilot firmware.
