Logging raw GPS data with GPS_RAW_DATA = 1: Where is the data stored?

I need to log the raw data from the GNSS receiver. I see that the parameter GPS_RAW_DATA = 1 should do this. However, I am having trouble finding the log files containing this data on the SD card. Can anyone tell me where is it stored please?

edit: I should add, I’m using AP 4.0.5 on a Cube with Here2.
