Log data errors/ unreadable data

Hi!
I keep getting logging data errors when reading logs. APM planner2 says: There were data errors/ unreadable data in the log! The data is potentially corrupt and incorrect. Usually last few minutes of flight data is missing…
Any idea what could cause that? Bad SD-Card ?

Problem solved- attached new 32gb ultra high speed sd card and followed instructions here - https://github.com/ArduPilot/apm_planner/issues/1144
