Jerks and vibrations 2-3 days after a successful autotune

We have conducted a successful autotune for three times, on a quadcopter with a pixhawk cube orange, followed by a successful, stable flight but after a few days of every time we have autotuned, we have faced the problem of a very vibrating and unstable drone so much so that the original default values were proving to be much more stable than the autotuned values.
Nothing was changed immediately after the successful stable flight, the problem of vibrations were faced after a few days. The quadcopter was untouched before the vibrations appeared and after the successful flight.
What could be the possible reasons for the same, and what would be its solution?

It’s a mystery without a .bin log file.
