Is it possible to build a code that consists of three stages: arming and selecting Auto mode?

Hello guys, I have a business idea that I want to implement. I want to build a code using Arduino that operates a drone through a telemetric port. The commands are to arm and select the auto mode.

Yes, you can use Arduino to send MAVLink messages that arm, select auto mode and takeoff.

Or you can do it in lua scripting without requiring an arduino.

that is totally unsafe. please think about your takeoff process to not have propellers turning when people are close
