Can I re-calibrate the accelerometer, Compass after tuning the copter ?
Sure, no problem. You probably only have to perform “Calibrate Level” rather than all axis but up to you. Compass calibration only has to re-done if there is a mechanical or electrical component change or change of placement on the craft.
