I made Octacopter but pixhawk cube pin 5 to 8 not working
I check servo out on mission planner


give pwm signal but motor 5 to 8 not working

Is the frame class parameter correct?

And do update to at least ArduCopter 4.2.3

Is this trying to test on the bench?
Only the MissionPlanner motor test is valid. Dont try to run the motors via RC control or some other manual method.

Also supply a parameter file, or a .bin log file.
If it’s not flying then set LOG_DISARMED,1 to generate a .bin log file and later you can set it back to LOG_DISARMED,0
