does mission planner have any kind of parameter or something like that to enable and get voltage or current?

You need to configure your RC transmitter and have the telemetry link required to get that information.

so it’s not ardupilot’s business with RC telemetry?

It’s a combination of multiple things. What RC system are you using? What telemetry?
Which firmware versions?
