How to reduce a heavy oscillation of quad-plane VTOL's arms.?

I try to test motor spinning in Q_STABILIZE mode.Then, a heavy oscillation of quad-plane VTOL’s arms occurred.

the oscillation make a loud noise and carbon fibre arms was too much oscillated.

In the video, is the noise due to vibration, even without props installed?
