How to Re-Boot manually on ArduPilot?

After I calibrate the Accel I am prompted to Re-Boot, I’m not sure where to re-boot other than at the Compass tab but I think the compass reboot is linked to the compass and could cause errors if I use that one.

Are there other places to re-boot the ArduCopter after the Accel Calibration?

Ctrl-F gives an option to reboot as well. But the one in the compass tab is as good.
