How to communicate Mission Planner and Drone?

Hai…,

I am using Hardware: FCU F4V3 50 Stack with ELRS RX and Pocket Master TX.
Software: Autopilot Software and mission Planner

Now I am creating the way path in mission planner also run simulation it works. But in real time how it will connect with my drone.

kindly explain or share hardware configuration document or tutorial videos
