How to add RemoteID to ArduPilot Systems for Cube orange Plus

I went across adding unique remote id Remote ID to ArduPilot Systems for Pixhawk CubeOrange.
but did not succeed for CubeOrange Plus.

Any help would be appreciated.
I wish to put an unique id at the bootloader and firmware level along with signing the bootloader and firmware with private key and public key respectively.
