As title suggests I need to read 4 external MPU6050’s. I’m using an APM 2.8 board. How can i accomplish this ?

Get a newer board with a STM32 H7 processor. APM 2.8 is outdated and will not meet your needs.
google “ardupilot hardware” and you will get a list of modern, supported boards.
