How can I extract tlog data to text or CSV file real time?

I wrote an python code that requires tlog or log data as input.How can I get data from tlog or log in real time.

I Know mission planner convert the tlog to text but I believe it is not real time.

Will Mavproxy.py help me to get the data in real time to a text or CSV file??

Dronekit said it will give live telemetry from it’s API but I am not able to find that… thank you if you help me on this.
