High wind failsafe

ArduCopter has got many faisafe for drone safety. Is there any failsafe for the high wind also.

They could implement it pretty easy with just a statement like if flight angle > XX and speed = < 3 then RTL.

You can do it manually by checking your horizontal horizon while hovering.
