Height Adjustment for swarm

I’m hoping to receive some assistance as I’m encountering limited documentation on swarming. Currently, I have three operational drones, each equipped with the necessary components for flight. I’m utilizing mission planner to coordinate the swarm, and while I have successfully achieved swarming a couple of times, I am consistently facing an issue where the follower drones tend to ascend higher than the leader (approximately 10 feet or so). Despite appearing leveled out on the swarm interface, they still exhibit this behavior. Additionally, whenever I attempt to bring them down while in swarm mode, it appears to trigger them to enter Return to Launch (RTL) mode instead. Interestingly, the left and right movements work flawlessly. I would greatly appreciate any insights or assistance with this matter. Thank you in advance!

What gear are using to acheive the swarm? Are you using the follow mode or the swarm function?
