Heavy payload Drone 150 kg need tuning advice

Hello,

I’m seeking tuning advice for my heavy-lift multirotor build, as I’ve noticed some instability, particularly in Loiter mode, and small wobbling during flight. Below are the key specifications and the adjustments I’ve already made:

Build Specifications:

  • Motors: H11M Co-Axial
  • Battery: 14S10P configuration for each axis (4 in total)
  • Payload: 25kg
  • Total All-Up Weight: 125kg

Adjustments Made:

  1. Lowered Mass Acceleration
  2. Reduced PIDs: Reduced roll and pitch P and I values from 0.135 to 0.100
  3. Lowered XY Position and Acceleration: Set both values between 50% and 60%

Despite these adjustments, I am still observing minor wobbling in Loiter mode and feel the craft is not as stable as expected in GPS mode.

Can anyone provide further tuning suggestions to help stabilize the flight, particularly for large payloads like mine? Any insights on PID, flight controller settings, or other parameters that might improve stability would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance for your help!
