Hardware Safety Switch will not engage (USE CAN PORT)

I have a Hexa X copter built with Cube Orabge and most current version of Arducopter. So I use CAN1 and CAN 2 port for Dual GPS.
And GPS_TYPE is 9.UAVCAN
GPS_TYPE2 is 9.UAVCAN
Everything is great, but I can’t arm. The HARDWARE SAFETY SWITCH will not engage when pushed.

Do you have an hardware switch connected?? How?? Where?

No I haven’t switch connected. I use HERE2 GPS.

I use Here3 and they do not have a safety switch.

Did you connect the safety switch cable from one of the Here 2 to the flight controller?

No cable, no signal!!!
