GPS calibration reboot in the way

new reboot option is in the way of accepting mag cal.

ArduCopter V4.0.5-rc2 mRo x2.1 During a GPS mag calibration the Reboot flight controller option pops up and does not allow you to hit the accept button. Also I am unable to select the yaw rotation. Learn Automatic offsets does not change the config Params. offsets number do not show after reloading. I thinking this is a MP issue? . • you are not meant to be able to change the orientation here, its for reference only
• your mag calibration is automatically saved.
• the popup doesn’t matter because its already saved.

Wonderful thank you. me and another user where thinking something was wrong. I loaded a old copy of Mission Planner and did see the mag calibration so I assumed it was saving. BTW i not sure if Automatically Learn offset is working as i do not see the change to the config file… Thanks for getting back to me!

I was wondering if ok I love to get back the load custom / Beta firmware options like in the old version as the GUI is not working for me when pointing to the firmware directory it just times out.

there is still the legacy firmware screen where you can do custom fw
