Funding for ArduPilot developer conference 2019 [APPROVED]

I’d like approval for a budget of up to US$2k for next weeks ArduPilot developer conference:

my apologies for putting in this proposal so late.
Key expenses will be:

  • conference room hire
  • food for BBQ
  • audio equipment for recording talks (special mic recommended by Luis and Randy)

I expect the total cost to be well under $2k, but I’d like the leeway for contingencies.
