Flightcontroller position offset

This is more about the Mission Planner then the Pixhawk 2. I built a hexacopter, and for technical reasons, the flight computer had to be positioned 20 cm ahead of the CG position and lot below the level of the blades. I have found how to set the orientation angle of the board, but have not found anything about position offset. Any idea?
