i have done ardupilot with many prebuilt drones but this is my first diy build my budget is $300, my question is can anyone give me a hand with finding good parts for it ?

You will need a Elrs transmitter module or a radio that has it built in to go with the Elrs receiver you picked, and you also need a GPS/compass module.
