Error uploading firmware to PX4FlOW

Hi Guys. I m trying to upload firmware to PX4Flow using MI. But when I load custom firmware then it say unplug the board and then press ok and then plugin back. But its unable to detect the board. giving an error: No Response from Board.

Its connected but now showing anything only focus mode.
