First tests outside, on the ground only but have crazy changing vertical position.
For me it looks like baro problem. Could be it needs a kind of calibration?
It’s fresh 4.7 dev master version

Wait longer for a better gps signal.
Is it windy?
No it’s not.
Baro gives wrong temperature and crazy altitude.
GPS is not so bad. As for stationary data.
I think it has 2 baros. Could be it’s a problem with one or should use other.
Barometer Temperature Compensation — Copter documentation
It’s sitting on the desk now. And it’s much more stable.
There is a -20degC difference between inside and outside…
Your link is asking me to sign in so I can’t see the log.
Have you done the IMU temp calibration yet? 20degC difference is not that unusual (it’s closer to 40 where I am right now… ) so it should deal with it. Like @amilcarlucas said, make sure you have good GPS position. Do the IMU temp calibration if not already done. What kind of board is it?
It’s:
Is JHEMCU GF30H743 supported? - Hardware / Multirotors - ArduPilot Discourse
It’s baro problem for sure. Have a look at pictures especially min/max data marked with red circle.
GPS data are not so bad.
Perhaps the barometer is a binned part too.
Itr seems you do not like those boards
Well, I skeptical of a H743 board with 2 ICM-42688’s for $31.
I paid $41.
So little more.
It’s just a matter of market rights. If there are more skeptical people, the price goes down.
Of little value if the chip is junk. If the baro is bad there’s not much you can do with it.

Coincidence?
To many errors.
Moved back to 4.6 beta3.
It seems they use fake baro chips. Or I have got a fake board. Baro on manufacturer web page looks other then one I have got.
Manufacturer web page:
What I got:
I will send board back for refund but who will refund those lost labor hours…
Or should I replace chip ?
It’s fake or broken or it’s another model.
That sucks. $41 doesn’t seem like such a deal any more…
It’s probably not worth trying to change the chip. Toss it in the bin, buy a Matek or Holybro and keep moving forward.
What about other external baro for the board?
I can disable it.
…
Round file.
Technically, yes you can. But if they cheaped out on the baro chip, what else have they done? It might be putting good money after bad. You’ve already mentioned the time lost. How much more time and effort are you willing to put into it? I don’t think an external baro is a lot of money, but evaluate how much it will be against a new board.
If you used a reputable vendor, perhaps they’ll consider a refund or at least helping you towards something better.
It appears that AP_Periph is the best option. I have a broken baro and need an external compass. Why not use another older board and utilize components from it?
