Elevator on Auto takeoff

I have a plane 1.5kg with landing gear.
I want to takeoff as auto takeoff, but I want when airspeed reaches to 12 m/s, the elevator command be enable and before 12m/s elevator set as trim not be full up!
How to do that​:face_with_monocle::face_with_raised_eyebrow:

You can set TKOFF_ROTATE_SPD to 12.
