EKF3 Yaw drift issue

Randomly I had issue with yaw drift. After power on, and waiting for gps drift begins and engage prearm - fast power cycle mostly help. I’m running Omnibus F4 pro. I collected log with disarm logging enabled and I discover that values of ahr2.yaw and att.yaw lost correlation and xkf3.iyaw is growing highly. I’m not able to find source of this behavior.
