Dronekit python/Mission planner usb connection

Hello everyone,
Question, is it possible to drive the rover using the usb and not the telemetry , my telemetry’s com port has not been popping up when i plugged it into my computer . I am connecting the car via Dronekit python. I have not been having any issues connecting it via a usb so I was wonder if I can just drive it that way?

You can connect the companion computer to the autopilot using USB connection. So it will be SERIAL0.
